Meet Santa and his elves as you venture through an enchanting workshop and discover timeless tales of festive traditions that begin with a single coin. 

Please note: The Royal Mint Christmas Experience does not include a factory tour and is, instead, a festive experience. To explore the history and engineering processes of The Royal Mint, please join us for one of our award-winning tours, which will resume in January 2026.

• An immersive experience through Santa's workshop, hosted by his elves (approx 50 mins)
• Exclusive family time with Santa
• A festive show, held at select times in the cafe (approx 30 mins) 
• Entry to The Royal Mint Experience exhibition
• Child and Under 2s Tickets also include a cuddly gift from Santa

• A delicious meal at our cafe. The menu, still to be released, will cater for a range of tastes and budgets.

A family of 4 bundle does not have to be 2 adults and 2 children. As long as one adult is included, your ticket will cover any combination of adults and children.

This ticket can cover an adult or a child. 

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the time on your ticket. The time on your ticket is the time in which your tour departs. If you are late, we cannot guarantee to accommodate you and cannot offer refunds. 
• Tickets are non-refundable 
• Ticket dates and times can be amended up to 24 hours before your visit at an admin charge of £5 per order. Please create an account on checkout to be able to manage your bookings.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on site. 
• Please inform us of any access requirements on booking. 
• Please let us know the names of your children on booking. This is for a personalised check-in experience. Please note, Santa will not have access to this information.

The first tour every day is exclusively an Autism Friendly Christmas Experience. This means you can arrive when the visitor centre is at its quietest, enjoy your tour in a smaller group, feel at-ease with toned-down sensory triggers, and take advantage of a minimal wait to meet Santa.

This experience sells out very quickly, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
