Meet Santa and his elves as you venture through an enchanting workshop and discover timeless tales of festive traditions that begin with a single coin.
Please note: The Royal Mint Christmas Experience does not include a factory tour and is, instead, a festive experience. To explore the history and engineering processes of The Royal Mint, please join us for one of our award-winning tours, which will resume in January 2027.
What's included in my ticket?
- An immersive experience through Santa's workshop, hosted by his elves
- Exclusive family time with Santa
- A festive show, held at select times in the cafe (approx 30 mins)
- Entry to The Royal Mint Experience exhibition
- Child and Under 2s Tickets also include a cuddly gift from Santa
Additional Add-Ons (can be purchased on arrival)
- Strike Your Own Coin - £8.50 per coin.
- Photo with Santa (print, magnet, snow globe) - From £10
- A delicious meal at our cafe. The menu, still to be released, will cater for a range of tastes and budgets.

HOT FOOD SERVICE HOURS - please plan time to enjoy your meal before or after your tour. Hot food is served from 3pm - 7pm on off Peak days and 11:30am - 7pm on Peak and school holidays.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the time on your ticket. The time on your ticket is the time in which your tour departs. If you are late, we cannot guarantee to accommodate you and cannot offer refunds.
- Tickets are non-refundable
- Ticket dates and times can be amended up to 24 hours before your visit at an admin charge of £5 per order. Please create an account on checkout to be able to manage your bookings.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on site.
- Please inform us of any access requirements on booking.
- Please let us know the names of your children on booking. This is for a personalised check-in experience. Please note, Santa will not have access to this information.
