- Commemorative coins: What’s the difference between a circulating and a commemorative coin? Your Guide will explain the varying qualities of minting.
- Pioneering Projects: From medals to medical visors, The Royal Mint have adapted over the years to meet changing societal needs.
- Strike Your Own Coin: You can Strike Your Own Coin (at an additional cost) to take home with you. Let our team know on arrival if you would like to strike your own!
Guided Exhibition Tour: 40-minute tour of our award-winning exhibition.
- Highlights include the Alfred the Great Silver Penny, 1933 Penny, Edward VIII sovereign, Military medals, sporting medals, and more!
- Free time after your tour to explore the exhibition at your own pace.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Photographs cannot be taken during the Guided Tour but are welcome in the exhibition. If in doubt, please ask your guide where you can take photos.
