Important information:
- Please allow 40 minutes for your Christmas experience and an additional 30 minutes afterwards in our exhibition.
- There will be festive performances on site during the Christmas event. Please check our website in the lead up to the event for specific timings and plan your trip accordingly.
- Toilets are available in our visitor centre, but not in Santa's workshop. We encourage all of our guests to make use of these facilities before departing! (Though one of Santa's Chief Helpers will happily escort you if nature calls!)
